The Thermal Solutions boilers are 100% linkage-less by incorporating the use of the Siemens fuel/air ratio control valve. The Honeywell commercial grade flame management system provides a solid foundation for an industrial quality, flame supervision and boiler control system.
Thermal Solutions provides a boiler efficiency of 86–87%, Nox production below 10 p.p.m. and a very low electrical consumption. The net result was a fuel savings that ranged between 38% and 52%.
