Several Central Illinois Walgreens locations wanted to update their existing Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment with new Rooftop Units.
Working with York, Engineering Excellence Management Group and Walgreens, Xcell Mechanical Services provided turn-key equipment change-outs with no interruption of service. Retails stores do not have the luxury of being able to be without Air conditioning in the mid-summer months. Quick turn around with no shortage of air conditioning, during equipment change-outs, was vital.
The Xcell team was able to remove and replace all of the heating and air conditioning equipment at each location in 2 days, with no interruption of interior comfort during the process.
Several Walgreens locations were involved ranging from Rockford to the north, Effingham in the south, Monmouth in the West and Champaign in the East.
